The Zagato design studio has been designing cars for well over 100 years. In 1931, the two Italian automobile powerhouses Maserati and Zagato heralded their common history with the Maserati 8C 2500 Sport Zagato.
With the reveal of the Mostro Barchetta Zagato at Villa D’Este in May 2022, they wrote a new chapter.
Only five have been built, and all of them have already been snapped up by Zagato customers.
That is where B.I. Collection comes into play: It taps into the potential that lies idle, launching an NFT project in close collaboration with and strongly endorsed by the Zagato and Maserati family, making these exclusive cars accessible to a vast group of luxury car aficionados. With this project, the B.I. Collection builds bridges between the historic and the contemporary, the old and the new, the analogue and the digital within the automobile world.

The release of the Mostro Barchetta Zagato is enough reason to celebrate. But B.I. Collection and Zagato want to take their new partnership one step further by releasing 55 unique video artworks, certified on the Ethereum Blockchain as NFTs. Staying true to its visual language manifested through the B.I. Collection magazine, the aesthetics intertwine photographic elegance with the potential of digital infinity.
Each of 5 collections containing 11 “one of one” NFTs will be released on a weekly basis starting on November 3rd 2022.
